I have extensive experience working with and counseling children, adults, and families in an effort to assist them in achieving their full potential. I utilize strength-based, solution focused, and person-centered therapy in my approach to aide individuals in identifying and working towards therapy goals.  Employing the role of advocate, collaborator, and guide, I seek to support my clients in overcoming their fears and anxieties and champion their efforts to effect positive changes and stability in their lives.
